Legal Terms for the 90 Day Body Transformation

Important Notice

By purchasing or participating in the 90 Day Body Transformation, the client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these legal terms, payment terms, refund policy, and client responsibility policies.

1. Terms & Conditions

The 90 Day Body Transformation is a personalized online coaching service provided by Hassoni Exclusive Lifestyle FZ-LLC. The coaching service may include:

  • Personalized training programs
  • Nutrition guidance and meal plans
  • Weekly check-ins and accountability
  • Form checks and exercise feedback
  • Messaging support and coaching adjustments
  • App access and progress tracking
  • Onboarding calls and review calls

The program duration is ninety (90) days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Coaching is delivered digitally through the coaching app, messaging systems, calls, email, or other approved communication platforms.

Clients may receive support from Abdul Hassoni and/or authorized team members. Reasonable response times apply for messaging support.

The coaching service is educational and coaching-based only and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any fitness or nutrition program, especially in cases involving injuries, pregnancy, medications, health conditions, or medical concerns.

Results vary between individuals and depend on consistency, communication, training execution, recovery, sleep, stress, nutrition adherence, lifestyle, medical conditions, and other factors outside the company's control. The company provides coaching, accountability, structure, guidance, and support designed to maximize progress, but does not guarantee specific amounts of fat loss, muscle gain, weight change, or aesthetic outcomes.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital, personalized, and time-based nature of the coaching service, all payments are final and non-refundable once onboarding, coaching access, or program delivery has started.

By purchasing the program, the client acknowledges that coaching time, support capacity, systems access, personalized planning, and digital resources are reserved immediately upon enrollment.

The following do NOT create eligibility for refunds, reversals, cancellations, or chargebacks:

  • Not using the service
  • Not following recommendations
  • Missing check-ins or calls
  • Personal schedule conflicts
  • Lack of motivation or consistency
  • Failure to achieve desired outcomes

The program is a personalized coaching service and not a cancel-anytime subscription. If a split payment arrangement is selected, the client remains responsible for completing all agreed payments according to the selected payment schedule.

Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Stripe or approved payment providers. Clients may:

  • Pay the full program amount upfront
  • Select a scheduled split payment arrangement

All initial payments are processed during the enrollment call. The split payment arrangement is not a monthly cancel-anytime subscription. It is a scheduled installment arrangement for the full 90 Day Body Transformation coaching program.

By selecting a split payment arrangement, the client authorizes future automatic payments according to the agreed payment schedule presented during enrollment and checkout. Pricing, currency, and payment structure are clearly presented and accepted during checkout and/or enrollment.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the payment structure before completing payment and ensuring sufficient funds are available on scheduled payment dates.

Failed payments must be resolved within one (1) to two (2) days. Otherwise, coaching access may be paused or revoked until payment is resolved. Clients agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or disputes for coaching services already delivered.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing honest and accurate information
  • Completing onboarding forms
  • Communicating consistently
  • Following agreed coaching recommendations
  • Submitting check-ins when requested
  • Reporting injuries, illness, travel, pregnancy, or obstacles early
  • Making reasonable effort to follow nutrition and training guidance

Progress and participation may be reviewed using app activity, communication records, check-ins, progress photos, body weight logs, nutrition logs, and training records submitted by the client.

5. Pausing Policy

The program cannot normally be paused or cancelled once started. Pauses may only be considered in exceptional situations such as:

  • Hospitalization
  • Serious injury
  • Pregnancy-related medical limitations
  • Other exceptional circumstances approved by the company

Supporting documentation may be requested. Pausing the program does not create refund eligibility.

6. Privacy Policy

The company may collect and store information including:

  • Name and contact information
  • Onboarding information
  • Health and fitness information
  • Body weight and measurements
  • Progress photos
  • Nutrition logs
  • Messages and communication history
  • Payment records
  • Training activity

This information is used to provide coaching services, manage communication, track progress, maintain records, improve services, and handle payments. Payment information is processed through Stripe or approved payment providers.

Client data is not sold. Progress photos and personal information remain confidential unless written consent is provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All coaching systems, training programs, videos, educational materials, coaching methods, documents, and resources remain the intellectual property of Hassoni Exclusive Lifestyle FZ-LLC.

Clients may not copy, share, distribute, resell, reproduce, or publish company materials without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Both parties agree to first attempt resolving disputes directly and reasonably before escalating legal matters.

Client Acknowledgement

By proceeding with payment and accepting these terms during checkout, the client confirms they understand the nature of the coaching service, payment obligations, refund policy, and client responsibilities described in this document.
